Step ladders, a crucial piece of equipment for UK home owners, are small enough and light enough these days. Many tasks at home require one to use step stools and step ladders. If you must dust the top of the fridge, or reach up to a normal height, then a step stool will do. If you need a ladder for more reach, you need a folding step ladder, to dust the chandelier, for example. If you need to paint near the ceiling of fix up the house, then you might need platform ladders. Combination ladders are generally more versatile – it can be used as a step ladder, an extension ladder, and a stairway ladder.
